I love this time of year. The fall colors, the beat of a marching band, the sounds of college football. Even if you are not a college football fan, the following ESPN story will warm your heart.
And just for fun along the family theme here is an artist/songwriter, Andrew Peterson, that I have really begun to enjoy lately.

Thanks for sharing the testimony of the Richt’s Adoption as well as Andrew Peterson’s song, “Family Man”. By God’s grace we will appreciate the investment of our lives into the lives of our spouses & our children. Your message this past Sunday has been a constant source of reflection these past several days. Do our loved ones see in us a passion for Christ? I’m afraid that in my case they see a craving for more of what the world has to offer. Thankfully, I sense that God is changing those desires & would appreciate your prayers for me as I seek to please my heavenly father. What a blessing it is to be a child of God & to have His Holy Spirit to convict of sin, comfort in weakness & sorrow and to guide in the paths of righteousness for His Name’s sake.
