River Cup 2007

Edgewood 13 – Heritage 8
It was another great year of getting together with the guys from Owensboro.
This year all but one player earned a point for his team. Dave O’Neal and Mike Nuce were 2-0 on the day as a team and both won their individual matches giving them each a 3-0 record. As a result, Dave O’Neal earned MVP honors for Edgewood for 2007. Edgewood is now 6-1 in River Cup play and Heritage is now challenging us to Softball, Dove Hunting, Fishing, Ping Pong….Basically, anything but golf.
Thanks to all who participated from both churches. We look forward to going down south next year to defend the Cup!

Well I know this is news of the past, but speaking not only for myself, but also my husband…BRING ON THE FISHING AND DOVE HUNTING!!!! Ha! Ha!
